Message from the Representative

Since our founding 310 years ago, Naniwa Shuzo has continued its pursuit of truly delicious sake without pause.

The traditional techniques passed down through generations, together with the sharp intuition of our toji, are irreplaceable assets for us. At the same time, we believe tradition is not something to simply preserve unchanged. It is something to refine in step with the times.

Today, we are taking on the challenge of “evolving handcraftsmanship” by visualizing the skills of our craftspeople through the latest AI and data analysis, helping us better control the uncertainty of nature. With passion poured into every drop and science supporting that passion, we will continue brewing the ultimate sake that moves the hearts of people around the world.

Toward the next 300 years, Naniwa Shuzo will continue to evolve.
11th-Generation Kuramoto / Representative Director
Zenichi Naruko
