Credit card: Payment is processed when the order is completed. Bank transfer: Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account within 7 days after placing your order. Shipment will be arranged after payment confirmation. Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery staff in cash when receiving the product. |
| Delivery Time |
Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. For bank transfer, shipment will be arranged after payment confirmation. During busy seasons such as mid-year and year-end gift seasons, shipping may take longer than usual. |
| Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations |
Due to the nature of the products as food items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience. If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. For defective products or incorrect shipments, we will cover the shipping cost for returns and exchanges. Please return the item by cash-on-delivery shipping, and we will promptly replace it with a new product. |
